“It’s kind of funny, the way I started dancing,” Sana Fey told SCORE. “I sawan ad in the paper and decided to give it a try. In San Diego, we have a lotof laws. We have to wear tights to go on stage. I had no idea of what I wassupposed to wear. The first bar I worked in, Pacers, the manager got medrunk as anything. I went on stage in an old black bra, neon green bathingsuit bottom and black nylons. I looked awful. They actually took a pictureof me because they thought it was so funny. But, they still hired me, eventhough I looked awful. I think about how much I’ve changed.”
